SS Style Z28 Badges
SS Style Z28 Badges I was wondering if any of you guys out there have seen badges this style. I have searched this forum upside down for them, and i think if no one has seen them then ill be going with the stainless like mentioned in an earlier thread.
Need some for my Z, i just love the SS badges, and dont want to have to slap some SS ones on there...or perhaps ill try going badgless for a while

i think he wants the Z28 badges to have the same two color scheme as the SS badges do you know the red on the outside of the black, i think it would look good on some black Z28 badges with the red on the outside i would buy them lol.

I have been looking for some similar to those as well. I want to get ones with about an 8th to a quarter inch chrome edge on the emblem and then have the rest of the emblem filled in black. There is a guy on here I have PM'ed about getting some of these custom made, but there supposedly would not be enough interest in them. Maybe if there are enough people who would like to get something like this done we could get them made.

Verdad Gallardo id like to get in touch with that guy that said if he had enough people interested he'd make some, i think thatd be a HIT myself. Mostly the reason people put SS badges on their cars i think is cause they look good, not to emulate the SS...at least thatd be the reason i did it if i have too.
But yea i was thinking of the red outlined black badges. They look clean/sleak and badass, but i dont think i'd be able to make them at home and have them look 100% professional.
ALL YOU Z28 GUYS OUT THERE THAT WANT THOSE BADGES MADE LETS GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS GUY, AND GET TOGETHER A BIG ENOUGH GROUP ....

I was working with DragonZ28 the guy who makes Stainless Steal emblems in all different types. I was told to e-mail his dad about these emblems and have been e-mailing back and forth about getting these emblems made. As stated before there would need to be a lot of interest in these emblems in order for them to be done. In the first e-mail I got back form him he told me a price of around $100 for 3 emblems and in a later later one gave me a price of closer to $150 unless I can get more people. I do not think that these prices are unreasonable for Stainless Emblems (Stainless Steal Lip with the center filled in with some other color), I know I would like to get a set because I think they would set my car apart a little bit from all the other Camaro's.

Black SS gets the Black with Red outline badges, all other colors get the Black with Silver outline badges. 30th Ann. Edition SS got the white with Orange outline SS badges, the 35th's have that big oval thing and the black with Silver SS badge on the rear.
And they are molded plastic/polyurethane, not just painted on there.
