Default question for those with spoilerdepo.com spoilers

I have the SS spoiler from spoiler depo.com and I'm having trouble figuring out the electrical connection for the LED light. The spoiler didn't come with the same kind of connecter that the stock Z28 spoiler has. Now I'm not sure how to hook it up.

How did you guys do it?

You could just cut the end off the stock light and splice it onto the new light. It's only a positive and a ground.

Yeah, I was thinking of maybe doing that. I guess it's not really a big deal but I hope to just get it on without doing that to the Z28 spoiler.

I just used some butt connectors and spliced it into the wires right before the plug.
