Just went outside and took some pics of mine. This is the best one of the bunch, though it's still terrible. You should at least get an idea of what it'll look like, though:

Wal-Mart for about $35. I think the size is 4 3/8". They are MUCH better than the stock fogs - nice hyper-white look as opposed to the dim yellowish stockers, and are just as effective as my stock low beam bulbs.

I used the stock wiring for the fogs and ran the halos up to the fuse block, and then into the car where I can turn them off/on with one of my Jimmy Jamz switches. Seems to work pretty well.

You're right, these say they are 4 3/8". They are just a tad smaller than the stock fogs.

55W, if anyone wondered about that. And yes, it lets you do the 7 different colors, but I left them blue as it matches my car.

I've seen these exact same lights sold under several different names - Pilot, APC, etc.

Yes, although I think I had to bend the factory mounts to make them work. It's been 2-3 years since I did this, so I can't explain exactly what I had to do but I followed a writeup I saw online using some fogs which were basically the same, just non-halo.

EDIT: The writeup was on Constrictor 98TA's site, but it appears to be down. You can access it via Google's cache here, but you obviously won't be able to see the pics.
