Well, here in Nebraska it is nearing that time of the year again all us car enthusiasts here hate, WINTER. I am just counting down the days till i will have to park the beast for the season for fear of rust...stupid snow! I'm sure there are many others out there going to through the same as me. But, i guess if there was a best time to mod the beast out, this is the time! All i need is......money....

Same going on here in Ohio, been lucky so far though no snow yet. In time it will be here. The cold season sucks and I am also counting down the cold days. It seems like the warm season goes so fast. Anyways like you said its the best time to take the time if you have it to mod up the cars!

snow here just means I need to wash the car constantly. It has snowed twice here already but melted off the roads right away. I'm not looking forward to winter at all

What kind of plans to some of you have for mods this winter? I might do the whistler mod with smoked corners on my silver SS. Possibly the manta stripes as well.

Driven my car through two winters with no problem at all. Just drive slowly, carefully, and take your time. The only time I ever got stuck in my car was backing out of my driveway, I had a circle drive and I wasn't paying attention and went off the driveway, up onto a 2 foot pile of snow. In any case, the salt and snow really isn't that bad for the cars (our paint can handle it fine, just go to the self-wash stations and get the undercarraige washed down) I won't be driving my car as much this winter as we have an extra car in the family to share, but even so I'll be driving my car as long as its not real nasty out.

Mine is all tucked away for the winter too. This year is polish caliper brackets, the dual/dual and repaint the wheel wells. There are a couple shows I'd like to get into next summer.
