I may have "outside the box" ideas for appearance mods, but there's one thing I'd never do and that's badge a car something it's not. 
"By Berger" emblem?
"By Berger" emblem? I am doing the Berger panel on my car... I had the idea to buy one of the "By Berger" emblems and put it on there. I was going to put it on the left and the red bowtie on the right. Do you guys like this idea or do you think its too fake. I'm just doing it for the look and I would never claim that my car was a Berger, or even a SS. Should I skip this idea and go with a different one? If so, what should I put on the left side of the panel?

In my honest opinion, I think slapping a By Berger emblem on a non-Berger car is like slapping an SS badge on a v6 or a z28, and no different than slapping a type-R badge on a base Civic.
