The car will look either way..I would think that the first thing you would want to do is try and get those unruley wiper blades under control...I had a pair like that one time and I finally just took them off all together and used a lot of rainX..

without seeing a pic i may think that black would be better because your car is black but seeing the charcoal on it i would definitly say go with the charcoal. Plus another thought is that if you go with the charcoal you can use that color as your secondary color on your car for things like graphix or strips or just about anything. Go charcoal!
