i would fix those spider cracks/ scratches/whatever they are first. FIrst people will see the Green pontiac on the headlight, then the horrible paint right next to it. Just my .02

lol I know the paint is bad right there, and thats actually the good part !!

At least the cracks arent my fault but I am waiting to get a new hood before I repaint it so I can do it all at once

I'm usually pretty open about what people want to do to their cars, but I think the green is one of the most awful things I have ever seen on a vehicle. I like it when people do unique stuff to their cars, but you will most likely regret doing the green after you have had it for awhile and the excitement of just having something new wears off.

Have you thought of something like blue? It is definitely not overplayed like red, white, and silver and maybe at the right tint would look really nice.

The green doesn't look that good. If it's between the two, stay with red. I know people overplay the black car/ white or silver emblems, but those look good to me. What I REALLY think would look good is a Gold that would match a 77/78 Trans Am scheme. I think that would look slick.

Dark Gold, Charcoal Gray, or if you are set on the green thing, try a really dark Kelly green, ...
But the contrasting colors shown simply stand out way too much IMO, ...
