I've done red calipers, and chrome painted brackets. We'll see if it looks ricey with the chrome paint, I'm not sure yet.

Chrome wheels and then you don't have too much black on your car and can leave the calipers black.

Chrome looks amazing on pewter.

I have to go with black. I can't imagine any color other than black will look good on an SOM colored car.

I believe its LS1 SS on here, who did his calipers blue, and i think they look really trick. You'd think they'd look a little off, but they're dead on and compliment his scheme really well. I'll get pics somewhere....

Those polished ones look amazing. Did you do those yourself? Where can I get that done?

friend has silver vert with blk top and black zr1 style wheels. I have white car with stock 10 spokes. We both went RED and they look excellent. No offence but the polish just makes it disappear like it is a part of the rotor. And why bother painting the bracket and then polish the caliper???

You have to decide whether pop or subtle is the goal. But any paint will make the rotor more visible than polish, to stand out from the rotor.

Yea, I did it myself. Theres a bunch of write ups on it but its purty self explanitory. Started with like 320 just to take off the casting fast with a DA... Went to like 400, 600 maybe some 800, 1200, 1500, 2000 then had a little polishing wheel laying around so I put it on the cordless dewalt and got after it with some mothers aluminum polish. Shot some flat black on the brackets for the time being and called it done. I didnt do the rears yet.
