it was reinforced this year cuase of katrina ( the street around the dam has been closed )

thanks bro.. if you look behind my car there is a gate with a dirt road that leads right to the bottom of the dam but it was locked

Loch Raven Reservoir is only about 20 minutes from Reisterstown

yeah i know....to get to liberty there is a parking lot with a paved trail about 25 feet wide, about 2 miles long up to the top of the dam, they have steel poles in the concrete at the begining of the trail so the only thing you can get through is a bike...hit me up on aim sometime
