Default New Firehawk & Polished Engine Pics

Here are a few pics for the people who wanted to see the completed engine bay. I have deleted the pcv system, done the !wire mod, and relocated the coils. I plan to delete evap system and tcs system. I also plan to chrome plate the dip stick tube and throttle cable bracket. Hope you enjoy.

all that and the headers arent even coated?

a nice bellows kit would clean it up a bit too.

any info on the evap delete and pcv delete?would these be viable on a daily driver in a non emissions state? also how did u hide the injector wires so well? looks really good keep it up.

Ok im curious, that looks soooo amazing but i have a question.... How many parts on the engine did you have to change to get polished? I know an intake wont polish up? I wont be able to afford it but im still curious, haha.

The reason the headers are painted is because right when I was going to put in the cam and buy the stainless headers, my tranny broke at the track. I spent $1200 to build up the T56. I didn't have the money for headers too, so I traded my Glock for some new Hookers to get it going untill I could spend the coin on the better stuff.

The intake intake is aluminium, everything else though is GM issue. I traded the LS6 manifold for a satin Weiand and polished it. The tb has been ported by Shaner (S3) on the inside, and I did the polish stuff on the outside. I made my own coil relo kit too. Pain in the ***, though. It's better than the Thunder kit becasue I used aluminum for the brackets sooo.. now they're polished if you look under the cowl.

Thanks for all the flowers guys, more to come on the car. Somebody from California is trying to buy it. He wants to give me 25.5k. I'm torn, because I could use the money... I only owe about 14 still on it. Decisions, decisions.
