How do you take off the rear panel, and how hard is it. Has anybody spray painted it or do you have it done at a body shop?

Not hard, I'll let someone who's done it post the write up though. And most people have spray painted it themselves. It's a definitely a cheap and easy mod.

It only takes maybe 10 minutes to get the panel off. First take the two side interior panels off (the panels like where your spare tire is i dont know what they are called). Pull the carpet back, an it will reveal everything to you. Take your tail lights out which are held in with a couple wing nuts. The accual panel is attached by four 10mm bolts, unscrew them and you've got it. It is very easy to take off. Hope this helps
