Scroth harness are actuall the only aftermarket harness' legal for the street. Had to go to court cuz, i got a ticket for it. I wrote the company, and the sent me the safety info the judge was looking for. Plus, i beleive the say DOT approved on the insp tag.

Best price Ive seen is 325/seat w free shipping but it an old ad...
And Ive been playing with the Idea of using the stock brackets o mount th aftermarket seats..I believe it can be done... also the company that makes the brackets for most the seat companies..Edege manufacturing their in Long Beach Ca..I believe makes adapters ... AND mounts...Im still tracking that info down

Ok.......
Ive discovered that we dont really need or neccssiarily need mounting brackets....Ive gota 2002 and I removed the seat just this am..and discovered that all we really neeed to do is to mount our seats directly if possiable to the stock rails or at worse create a flat steel adapter just like they did for the mustang example in this thread to bridge the chair mounting surcface to the rails.... Save yourself some $$
The electric panel that house's the switches are part of the rails not part of the seat..so the plastic piece might still be able to be used..if not then all we need to do is detatach ...the swiches from rails or build a smal housing for them and attach to the new seat....Electric..6 way adjustable aftermarket seats..how cool
Now If I could only make up my mind as to which one to get....

I have a Wolfe 6pt weld in, and I mocked the passenger side in to see clearance cuz it was a lil tighter (down bar was a lil farther off the rocker area) and it fit, tight but it fit....if I had the interior in the car I would get some pics...

I will go that route if they dont work. The trouble is, I am going to sell my stock seats, and people will prob want the sliders with them. We will see how it works out, I keep eveybody posted! The power seat transfer idea sounds very cool though.

I had no fading problem with my CR-1s. The felt like they were hugging me as I drove my car. I say an A+ purchase if you get them. I drove on an 8 hour drive in them and they were fantastic all the way through...
Could some one PM me where you found the CR-1 for 325 shipped? That is a great deal...
