Help me get rid of the rice!(Hooker cb)

hey just got my exhaust installed and i must say these hooker tips are UGGGGLEEEEEEE. what are some suggestions on tips you hooker cat back people have done? here are some pics of the rice i have.

or how about just cutting them right where the bumper is? need your opinions here.

just cut off some of the exhaust behind the tips until they line up with the bumper and then clamp them on with exhaust clamps. Make sure you leave enough slack. u dont want to cut too far.

My suggestion would be to install it correctly. It shouldn't stick out past the bumper.
I had a hooker catback on my '00 Z28 and I loved it.

yea what everyone else said...

i've been involved with installing 3 hooker catbacks now, we all had the same problem. cut it down a bit and it'll look much better.
