Default Clear corners letting water in

I think the part where the main bulb goes in is damaged slightly. After a week or so of having a new bulb in there, water seeps in and the bulb blows. How can I seal it up well so that this stops happening?

Mine would always get moisture in them if I only had the inside bulbs on, and not the outside ones.

I sealed everything up (but the drain holes) with RVT Silicone (clear) anyway because many clears are known to leak.
