Just got off the phone with wolfe and they said that the statement cutting portion of the lower torque box, as well as possible modifications to your rearend was accidentally copied from the mustang to the camaro on the website and we dont have to do that. So thanks all for the help if anyone else has input that would be great.

I installed Wolfe mini tubs in my car and its a pain in the *** to do. Not too hard just takes alot of time. If I new that I could fit a 5"bs wheel on a 6" narrowed rearend without minitubbing my car I would not have done it.
