heater/ac vents not working...

heater/ac vents not working... My heater/ac vent selector is stuck on foot and winshield vents. How hard is it to take the dash apart and fix this? Any ideas on what might be causing the problem?
BTW: car is a 2000 WS6.

Had the same thing wrong with mine. The problem was a vaccum line broke. You can open the glove box and pull it down to get to a connector to make sure its the prob.
