Default What, if anything, dissolves POR-15?

I was sloppy and got some on my hands. I cannot find anything that will make it budge. I have tried:

WD-40
Acetone
Xylene
Gasoline
Varsol
Soap

Nothing worked. The can says a solvent exists but what is the base chemical?

At least I am better off than the guy who got Herculiner on his "Hootus".

It's there for a while. It "bonds" to skin. It will wear off in time.

Skin cells die and fall off within 3-7 days. If you rub your hands 3 or 4 days after that stuff will come off.

Try Barryman's B-12. I haven't found anything it wouldn't take off. Actually, I don't know about using that on skin.

I use nail polish remover (don't tell my wife) within a few hours of using the POR-15. Works well.

If it's fully dry and been a couple days....... well, time and rubbing/scratching is the only thing that'll take it off. Done that too...

I thought nail polish remover was mostly acetone (which I tried). Is there other stuff in there too that might help?

I don't know what else it might contain, but it worked for me. I also have some POR-15 thinner that works to help clean up.

The biggest mess I made with POR-15 was when I painted this 79 Camaro subframe. And then I threw the subframe away when I moved, didn't even use it.
