i used some loacal stuff and 0000 grade steel wool. it woked awsome!!!! looks like new glass. I am in hawaii the #1 water spot area in the US

Dan - nice to know, but "loacal stuff" doesn't help us.

00 steel wool and meguires fine cut cleaner worked great for me, I had tried a lot of stuff to get the water spots off but nothing worked, I mean these water spots were baked into the glass (not my fault, previous owner), I actually was thinking I was gonna have to buy all new glass, but damn that combo that I use workd great, it takes a while but it is sooo worth it with the end result.

where so u buy #00 steel wool? i have the same problem wiht my windows
