are you intending these to be your primary lights while driving at night? if so, you need a beam that spreads at least a little. if you notice your factory lights have a bright spot, but it does spread out in each direction. i think that you will not be as enthusiastic once you get that thing on the road and see how much lighting you will lose to the left and right.

no they are just my fog lights! no intention of just driving around with just those on at night, except for in the twilight or in the city! I got them from a place called blinglights.com (very quick shipping and very helpful with everything), they cost a little, but I was tired of the crappy *** halogen stock foglights that didn't do anything and I would rather try out HIDs in my foglights before I spend really big bucks to put them in my headlights if I'm going to do it the right way and get projectors!!!!!!!!!!!. I also tried the Halos out in my black V6 bird (with T/A front bumper), they have a better beam tham the stock fogs but still that dull yellow from a halogen bulb! I've just got to sauder some connecters on, bolt everything up, and aim them and I'm done. I've got to work from 5-11 and when I get home I'll start on the write up.

If you had an aftermarket fog why did you not just buy an HID kit with an H3 bulb off Ebay and save money to go in the housing? Anyway looks killer!!

I have a 4 3/8" APC Fog that I have some McCulloch Phillips 8000K HID H3 kit coming for, plus a 8000K for low beams, and a 5000K for highs in the Breathless Perf. sealed beam kit....

8000K's ran $294 for a pair with free Priority Mail 2-3 Day
5000K's ran $279 for a pair with free Priority Mail 2-3 Day

My whole setup so far is at $1900 with the fogs, HID's, and breathless kit, and then if I have to get housings for the breathless maybe figure $2000-$2100 tops....

I do have an aftermarket fog...the Halo's, but I was afraid that the housing would melt because it seems kinda of cheaply made. The housings are pretty damn nice, plus on the halo housing I would have had to siliconed the bulb into the back.....no way was I doing that with an HID lol, the bulbs are nice and protected in the housing I got!
