take a picture outside in the daytime under direct sunlight with no flash and you should come out with a pretty good picture.

I can't tell, but do the valve covers say something? (Such as Chevrolet or something). I think it would be pretty cool to paint the letters (depending if it has them or not) the same color of an accenting color you have (you know, if you have a black car and have red calipers: red letters...).
Just a thought. But that is definitely different and it looks very sharp

nope no letters on the valvecovers and besides you wouldnt be able to see much of them anyway once the coils are on unless you wanted to relocate the coils and smooth the covers

There are Gen I style valve covers for LS1s that say Chevrolet on them now (I know someone on here posted pics...but I cant find 'em for the life of me.)

I just thought about maybe adding some red bolts, or painting/coating the coil brackets red Ed. Leave it to me to give you another idea to make the car sit even longer huh?

88monte, give Ed some more idea's! Between me and him throwin **** around, his car wont be ready by Christmas much less Spring You know how we are in YM...lol
