quick hood question

whats the diffrence between a lft of hood and a bolt on. i know the bolt ons like a normal hood that comes from the factory but wat about the other one?

A lift off hood is a pin on hood. It's pinned front and back and cannot be hinged, that's why alot of companies call them lift offs.

Yep, and they are generally 10-15+lbs lighter than the same bolt on fiberglass hood. Not to mention the weight removal from your stock lock, support, and hinges. I just ordered a pin on Sunoco hood myself.
