Default T/A-FB headlight bezel

i'm thinking about painting the headlight bezels of my '99 T/A to match the body color, white. has anyone seen this done? pics? i've never seen it but i think it would look good. maybe.

I did that on my silver firebird when I had it. I liked it alot, so I say go for it.

I did that to my Pewter T/A a few years ago. It's one of those things that looks kind of steathy. People didn't realize it till I told them, then they went and popped their headlights to realize that they are all black.

I prefer the stock black myself. Seems like you would have bug removal issues if you didn't wash right away.

looks good...too bad its a mod that wont get noticed by the time theyre popped up its already dark out.

yeah im definitely worried about bugs on white paint. but i guess i dont really get that many on the headlights, and thats when i get a TON on the bumper cover. there might be an "air stream" or something that keeps most of them from hitting the lights.

on a white care i just really dont like the black. but i dont think i'd mind it only cars with color.

what kind of paint did you use? i was thinking that krylon that bonds to plastic would be my best bet without buying the right kind of paint.

i think it looks really good on most colors, but would not look good on the bright colors like red, yellow, som, bright blue or green.

I repainted mine gloss black with 2 coats of clear, they turned out really good too.
