Yes he does, and his work gave me the idea for these. Even though he didn't do these I would have him do my next set if I get a diffferent car.

I'm glad I could help inspire someone to try these for themselves. It is a tremendous amount of work to do correctly but also a tremendous amount of satisfaction when finished.

One suggestion, I noticed on your lid that you painted and I assume cleared all the way onto the mounting tabs on the rear side of the airlid. If I were
you I would take a razor blade a score a line across the tabs and scrape the paint off of the tabs. You could then use some lacquer thinner to clean them up. Reason being is there is a lot of pressure put on those tabs and it could end up cracking the clear and the paint. Most like if it cracks the crack will run up the back side of the lid. You don't want to ruin a nice paint job.
