I bought spare housings and made an acrylic lens for each of them. Painted the inside of the housings black and smoked the lens. Then I just glued the led strips into place along with the Lens and wired them up. Pretty easy. Here's a pic of the first set I made. They only had one strip of LEDs. My current pair has a second set of LEDs that come on when my headlights/fogs come on.
Older thread so these are a few that i do not see too often..
1) Custom TCS plaque with auxilary port (no longer use since i installed a Kenwood flip-out with bluetooth). Also convertible top switch wired up for the cutout.
2) LED strip right above ram air port under hood.
3) Stainless grills in hood and fenders.
Any more pics of the BoomTube exhaust? Undercarriage pics? I'll be redoing my whole exhaust and making a "quiet" setup and "loud" setup. looking for something different.
I have a couple pictures of the install, it wasn't a direct bolt on... had to do some cutting and welding to make it work but overall it wasn't bad. I had to get 3" to 3"1/2 adapters because the cup stuff is all big but that was a cheap and easy fix. Ground clearance isn't very good and drags sometimes but other than that I love it.... it sounds absolutely evil!!!
Thanks man! I sold my borla catback for $400 and bought the boom tube for $180 lol. The motor has a lot done to it which helps, it's a solid roller gen 1 small block Chevy with a carburetor on it... it has a lot of camshaft lol

It's not horrible, with the windows down and cruising it's not bad at all... if for some reason you have to have the windows up it's kinda annoying. I don't have heat, a/c or wipers so I only drive when it's nice out and I can have the windows down lol
Luckily in New York if it's 95 or older you don't have to worry about emissions or mufflers if you know the right people lol. I'm lowered wth a eibach pro kit and I don't have very much much clearance lol
