You can post your oppinions without being rude and bashing another persons car or there taste in mods. I also like the white roof, The GMMG ZL1 Camaros along with the anniversary cars, Berger ect, in other words some of the baddest Camaros built have body collored roofs. I also think it cleans a white car up nicely and gives it a more sporty appearance as well............IMO.

The car now gets three times the complements with the white roof..

Potent, IMO, I'd say go white with the mirrors to blend them in with the front fenders more (seeing as the fenders are shaped to flow up into the mirrors), then go with silver Privats (hell, black wouldn't be bad either), some sort of grill, and some diamond clears. As for the sail panel, I think I'd leave it black because it would tie in with your dark tint better. If you painted it, it would just break up that blackness on top too much. And the manta stripe that you're describing on Tony's car would look great on yours!

Oh, and Cop Car, do you have to be so aggressively immature all the time? Take your own advice for once and just drop it.

IMO I would do keep the mirrors black as they will blend with the windows/roof. I am not a big fan of the Berger panel, but if you do it do it gloss(be different) Also remove your side molding and get a SLP grille. All IMO.

I also agree to keep the mirrors and the roof black.

Subtlies are my favorite things for these cars... Id leave the top and mirrors black and go for more subtle black accents. Berger sail pannel, white inserts.. maybe black wheels.. black stull grill.. black hood scoop decal. Ive yet to see it done but I would even try a powder coated black exhaust tips. Visualize it.. on a white car I think it would look great and would DEFFINATELY look different.

The filled in white tops do look good too.

this is my car so far... white ZR1s, white brake callipers, body color top (B4C) yes it is an LS1..
I like the look of this car and if I had a white SS hard top that needed painted, that's how it would look. I'd powder coat the wheels white and paint the sail panel and roof white. Be different, all other SS's and Z's have the roof and panel black. Then maybe later if you want to put a stripe kit on it would look much better on the white top.
