Fixed headlights? I'm thinking about doing the fixed headlights on the hawk.

No, since you moved you are no longer allowed to modify your car! 
Just kidding. There are alot of threads discussing this on this board and quite a few other F-body sites. Most people are saying not to get the fixed set up, crappy fitment, cheaply made, etc.... If only you had a 93-97, I could set you up with one sweet little set up!
