I was gonna say that I'd only do it if it were painted to match the body but Roarin_8 beat me to it. I think the shape (outer ring with rivets and the door inside that) is fine its just when you leave it unpainted or polished it clashes too much. Paint it to match your car and I bet it'll look sharp.

Watch guys, I'll post up a pic tonight of how it looks painted on a NBM T/A. I bet you guys will like it then.

I would like to call it attention to detail.

I have seen it when painted to match like mentioned before and it looked fine. Someone has painted the door and ring, but polished the rivets and it looked pretty good. I don't like the whole door and ring not painted it just doesn't flow too well.

Thought about it!
Then decided it didn't help the lines of the car.

I'm waiting for the owner of the car to get back to me. I can't find his posts on here and he had a link to his website in his sig. As soon as I hear from him, I will post the pic!!!! Oh and don't mind the fact that he has his fuel door opening the opposite direction.

As someone else mentioned, the rivets were the only thing silver on the fuel door.

When you see the pic, you'll understand that it's very subtle. I saw the car in person and didn't notice the fuel door at first. It's not like it stands right out. I can post up his myspace page but there's no good shot of the fuel door and on his vid you can't see the fuel door either. Like I said, it doesn't stand out.

There's plenty of badass details on a WS6 you could be paying attention to, the fuel door isn't one of them.

Don't like it. Fuel door should be body color and not drawing any attention.
