Default My current project....

I've recently taken apart alot of the headlight brackets, front bumper support and radiator support to have them all painted. The 1st batch of parts are done and the painter delivered them this past weekend, here are some quick pics of whats done so far...

You know what else would look great? The SLP LE grill insert - not to hijack but I think your car would look great with it especially since you're into show.

That gloss black will look good under the hood for sure. Your car looks great!

Also, like he said^, I think this grille would look killer on your car too.

Thanks guys....I've thought about the SLP grill, but I'm not sure I like that grill. If I do change the grill, it will probably be a black stull grill. I'm having a local guy named Ricky paint everything. He has come highly recommended and he is on most of the local boards here Robbie. As far as the cost, it's somewhere in the $400 ballpark, he still has my berger panel and other large pieces that he should be delivering this weekend!!

He does do good work at reasonable prices. If I were you, I'd have him paint that hood!

Post up some pics when you get everything back together, I have always been jealous of your engine bay and I am sure it will look so much nicer now. I have also been interested in seeing a black Berger panel on a LE Camaro, I think it would look great. I would like to eventually get an SS Hood on my Z with that stripet kit and then the Berger panel as well.

The Berger panel is finished, but now I'm not really liking the flat look. The painter is going to come get the panel and repaint in gloss black to match all the parts he just painted. I think it will look better, b/c now I can keep on Zainoing the car and not have to worry about the rear panel. I hope to get most of the engine bay parts put back in this weekend. I'm just waiting on my chrome bolts and nuts to get here...

Yeah I would have to agree with the flat black look not going very good on the Berger panels, I prefer glossy as well. Keep up the nice work on the car, and like I said post up some pics of the panel and the finished engine bay when you can.
