Heres my 1994 Camaro V6 with V8 Sportline springs and struts in front are 205/50/16 when the V8 comes in it´s even gonna drop more.
Look at the pic. That ride height is normal.

How does the car handle? Something is definetly wrong, but we've narrowed it down to three possibilities.

1. Wrong springs for your car.
2. Springs are completely worn out and shot.
3. Botched install.

I would have torn the front end of your car off just getting out of the parking garage at work. My stock ride height car scrapes the radiator air dam all the time.

More so in the northern states since the streets up there are all torn up from the weather, nothing like a rousing game of "dodge the pothole" in Chicago. Where Im at now everything is all hilly, I have to take my time driving around some places and Im at stock ride height. Ive hit my share of "phantom speed bumps" and I shudder at the thought of if my car was lowered when I hit those damn things.
Phantom speed bumps suck... I almost launched into orbit riding in front of a new shopping center that hasn't been open very long a few weeks before I lowered my car.

I haven´t driven the car at all because it was totaled and I am rebuilding it right know. So I can´t tell you how it rides.

I would check and make sure the springs perches on the struts are not on wrong, i know some shocks have changed perch locations to help lower cars check and see if thats the case. Also count the number of coils on the front springs and make sure its the correct number, they could have been cut before you got them. It sits about 1" too low. Here is a pic of my 97 with sportlines, they tucked in the fender but not that much.

That is way too low.

So have you busted the oil pan on a speed bump yet???

Your car looks like it has an air suspension with it all the way in the down setting.

I'm thinkin that he got some V8 springs that someone cut for a V6, then sold them as V8's

Even if they where wore out, they should carry alittle strength at first, since they where off a car and uncompressed.
