Eibach Prokit guys.
Eibach Prokit guys. ok basically a new set of eibach prokit springs are 350ish from sears. is this ridicously overpriced, it seems kinda steep to me i am thinking about trying to find a used set or buying off ebay, but when i called eibach to check on pricing in mid january the salesman told me that they didnt have any at the time b/c they were in the process of redesigning them b/c of some problems they had or something he didnt tell me what or anything b/c he didnt know. basically what im asking is should i just get a used set or a pair off ebay for 200 or below or get the new designed ones for 350ish. also did they improve or sacrifice handling on stock shocks or any problems.... thanks.

lt1/ls1 prokits are different too.
I *think* the lt1 is progressive rate springs while the ls1 is a set rate..... someone in the suspension forum could probalby correct that if wrong.

makes sense, reason i was looking at the prokit was i'm wanting a 1.5" drop nothing more really i just want to lessen the space between the wheel and fender well, without making it look like mtv pimped my ride.

^ That's exactly what it will do! Pics of mine in sig- stock shocks and prokit. Handles a hell of a lot better than stock, and doesn't look like its dropping frame either. A nice medium. When I upgrade the shocks, I'll be going with Strano revalved Bilstein's.
