pics of window tint well recently i got pulled over for my windows being too dark, now i hafta rip off my %5 limo tint, and replace it with 27% on the sides and 20% on the rear. id like to see some pics of how dark that'd look, so if anyone has pics of anything close to that, id like to see. thanks in advance.
it'd also be a plus if the cars had a black top, so i can compare the windows to black top like mine.

nah i was pulled for speeding, and he noticed my windows didnt have the sticker on them saying the tint was lega, so he got me for that, and also my taillight covers. it was early in the morning, so i guess he wasnted to start his day off by killling 3 birds with 1 stone.

Man that is crappy, like the speeding ticket wasnt enough 
. I have 15% (and the cops are real dicks around here) so, if I get pulled over: I roll my windows down while pulling over. Out of sight, Out of mind.......

You've got the right idea blackbird... out of sight out of mind takes care of the issue as far as I'm concerned. It's a safety thing, if you've got your window down I'm not worried about it.
I agree the tint ticket sucks kyle... but if the taillight covers are blackouts, he's doing you a favor. I can't count on both hands the number of times I've had to take rear end accidents that have been because of those things. Don't worry... 27% will still look good!

damn that sucks....ive got 5% on the fronts and double limo on the back and never been pulled over.Cop must have been a tad picky.I tint windows on the side regularly and from what i know there isnt a limit on how dark the back window can be,in FL you can literally spray paint your back window black if u felt the need.are you sure you have to go 27/20?

I always thought the back window could be as dark as you want it, at least in NJ it is and they're dicks about everything here. I would def. check out the laws regarding the back window tint before you start ripping it off b/c it's a PITA to get off. The sides are easy so I would just redo them.
