I dont mean to hijack your thread, but when you lose the door handles, how the heck do you get in the thing? Prolly a very stoopid question, but I'm stumped. Beauty of a job cleaning it up, btw.

Your keyless entry sends a signal to the actuator which opens the door. Instead of unlocking the door only, it opens it.

Wouldn't it be cool to have the center of your rims the same color as your car? That would be

Door poppers, ..., Solenoids which unlatch & then a spring-loaded device will 'pop' open the door, ..., many ways to do it. It's been a big stree rodder thing for many, many years, ...

I'm still confused as to why the question hasn't been answered yet, ..., What does welding class have to do with the fiberglass door skin?
I wonder if you bought it this way & don't know any different, or what's up?

with the tires... I had them on my set of old 18X8 tims so for the meantime i am just using the same tires. I really dont have the funds to buy a new set of tires, when i already have some. Its just how life is when your a college student....

..the center of the rims are actually the same color, i just put the decal over so that i could have the firebird logo.

and with the welding class, I guess it came out wrong. Our professor would let us work on anything that we wanted, lots of guys brought in there cars and trucks and worked on them. Its not just the welding tools that are usefull, its everything that the shop has to offer, bandsaws, plasma cutters, impact renches, hhaha and if you dont believe me, i have 2 solutions for you. 1) ask me ANYTHING about the process, hell ill even draw you a diagram of my solenoid setup 2) look up the class i took at college of the canyons, ask the professor if he remembers me doing the work!

anything else?
