WD-4O works for alot of stuff...also just a can of spray "Tar and Bug " remover available at autozone or pep or kragens or.......anywhere.
i use turtle wax but and tar remover and it works good for me, i used it to get off the extra tire tread that seems to keep flying off of my rear tires for some reason also works pretty good for bugs too.
