WD-4O works for alot of stuff...also just a can of spray "Tar and Bug " remover available at autozone or pep or kragens or.......anywhere.

i use turtle wax but and tar remover and it works good for me, i used it to get off the extra tire tread that seems to keep flying off of my rear tires for some reason also works pretty good for bugs too.

wd will work, but their is no shortage or elbow greese and a finger nail, be prepared to spend some time here.
