Default the RIGHT way to clean a car

Im a total newb when it comes to taking care of paint anymore than just washing the car. I want to know what else i need to do so that the car looks good. So if someone could either give me a website or give me the complete rundown on what to do and what product to use or just what products to use and ill read the instructions id really appreciate it. THanks in advance guys.
