Tan Interior with Ebony dash, console etc.

I have a complete tan interior from a `99 Trans Am that I was planning to put in my Firehawk, which has ebony interior. I bought this tan interior before I realized that the console, dash, a-pillar plastic, and door handles were a black color instead of the charcoal color which used to come in all interiors. All this didn`t come with the tan interior I bought.
So I am considering using the ebony dash with the tan interior, but it will require cutting up the door panels. What do you think? Should I try to find a charcoal dash, console, etc? Or should I try to be unique with the ebony peices? Has anyone ever seen or done this?
