Thanks Phantom, That is correct and its one of the reasons we designed the larger sunoco's , because we wanted a hood that would have plenty of clearance and still allow visibility, we have alway's been a company that caters to the street guy's, but we are most known for our all out race products. Because we offer both types they are listed in our catalog right next to each other and it may create a little confusion as to what is being sold as a "street" hood, I can definately say the Mike Moran should not be considered for a street car.
Mike is an innovator and is one of the pioneers of the turbo's use in drag racing, a few year's back he built his Quad Turbo monster and needed to house it under a hood so we came up with something that did the job and kept away from the traditional squared box cowl scoop for him, and here is a picture of Mike and his monster. http://performance.vfnfiberglass.com...ewCat&catId=22
