Order Touch-Up paint online?

I want to start filling in my little rock chips with some touch-up paint and made the calls to the dealerships. No one carries it in stock and it'd have to be ordered through a rip-off dealership (they said roughly $15).

Anyone know where I can find some? Possibly GM Parts Direct? I know that my color, NBM, isn't one unified color as GM switched it up and I know you can figure it out using the last 8 numbers in the VIN. Anyone know the scheme as to find out what color NBM I have exactly?

Yep I did, but I rather stick to GM paint. I'd just like to know where I could possibly aquire a small amount of touchup paint without paying fortune. Thanks, though.

I'm also asking about deciphering the last 8 digits of the VIN to see what NBM I have.
