emblem placement help
emblem placement help i just ordered a couple of 69 z28 emblems and i was going to put them on the break in my hockey stripe.
should i go on w/ this idea or should i place them where the the current emblem sits?
if i put the emblem on w/ 3M tape, can i take it off later?
any help and comments appreciated

If you put them on with 3M tape and need to remove them later, just use 3M Adhesive Remover. It comes in a metal can and is available at most automotive chains. I got my can at my local Napa.
As far as placement, I say give the space in your hockey stick stripe a try. That might look really good.

i havent gotten my hockey stripe yet, but it will be at a local graphic shop.
i saw superdave479's car and they look really good in the hockey stripe. I will post up pics when i get it done, i will probably put them in between hockey stripe. just need that final push saying im making the right choice

I think it will depend on the size of the break in the hockey stripe. I wanted to use 69 350 emblems in my break but they're too short and looked funny not being as wide as the stripe was. I just went with the vinyl 350 lettering for now. I need to see some other model 350 emblems in person and measure to see if they'll fit. I think the Z28 emblem will be rather tall for the break.
