Question about tape on Fuel lines?
This may be the wrong forum, but I placed this in fueling and injection and got very few responces. Plus I think this falls under both.
Is it safe to remove the foil tape from the fuel lines pictured below? I've seen some cars with it and some without. It looks like crap and I would like to do something with it. Thanks in advance.

Take some "Goof Off" and remove the tape residue.

I took that tape off for the FRCs but I also have a whole layer of the same heat shield tape on the underside of them. If I get headers in the car at some point, I'll take them off and add another layer. But that's more to protect the painted plastic because I've heard of some getting distorted from header heat.
