black bird stripes and Ceta mod...WHAT COLOR?
#24
in my opinion just leave the bumper alone on a black car, or just do it flat black. again in my opinion the silver/charcoal looks gay/shitty on a black car, but again its just an opinion!

I vote Charcoal Metallic on the hood stripes (since you have a black theme going) and no CETA. But if you must, it should be glossy to match the rest of the car. Charcoal would look good there too.
To match my theme, I am going with Silver Metallic stripes because of my polished wheels and emblems. A little lighter stripe to match the car, where maybe a darker (charcoal metallic) would be better suited for yours.

you might think this is stupid, but my buddy has a WS6 with red rally stripes right now. his car is black *** well, 2002. he was thinking of getting blackbird stripes in a green or lime green on black. i think that would look rather neat. im not sure on your car, but you have black rims, (so does he, CETA rims), but he would be getting some TTII's to make it look better with the green. IDK, if not that, then charcoal for the CETA, then silverish or dark grey for the BB stripes.

I don't think the CETA mod works well for black cars, but the blackbird stripes should. Have you considered a blue, red or even purple color? These are a bit darker so they won't jump out at you, but are still there and look good. Why not get some custom lettering as well.
I've got a black Raptor hood and want to do the same thing. I'm not going to do lime green and the gray or charcoal seems too ordinary to me. I'd like something that blends at night and really stands out during the day when the light hits it.

I voted Charcol for the CETA, but I myself have Silver Metallic BB Stripes and I like them better as a color that will pop out on your hood. However, I also with others on the CETA mod.... Yeah it looks great, but black cars are so sleek and smooth already and you dont wanna draw too much attention to a car that already looks amazing (it might turn out to be too much) Anyways, heres a link to the same type of thread already started....
