SLP hood paint bubble any fix? Has anyone found a fix for the paint bubbling on the SS and Firehawk hoods
or a way to get GM or SLP to pay for the fix or replace the hood? I am getting the hood repainted for the 4th time the body shop says this is the last time at painting it.

No bubbling, but I do have some stress cracks and paint imperfections that will eventually have to be addressed. Most recently, I just discovered my sail panel (roof top) beginning to bubble in (2) different locations.
U are lucky, SLP only warranties for a (2) year period if I am not mistaken, just like those GD POS wheels that chipped away the inner chroming from usage. All this on an 2002.......SUX
