wierd Idea ok, do they make a carbon fiber ws9 hood, if so, I have a wierd idea. paint it, and leave the hood unpainted where the stripes wood go... So u would have carbon fiber stripes... lol.
i think i might just try it. A couple of my import buddies were over the other day and we were just hangin out in the garage and one of them came up with the idea lol.

Um that idea is allready been taken. The 2003 vette I believe did that. The kind with the blue hood and the white with red stripes in between the white and red stripes you can see carbon fiber stripe. It looked good so give it a try.

Ya, they do make a WS6 cf hood and yes that would be cool. I have seen pics of a blue one with the same thing. Not sure where though, but it has been done and it looks bad ***. Some people actually called it rice! LOL
Yeah, not a new idea, but just not done often. C5 Vettes did it on the LeMans Blue Anniversary Edition and a couple people have done it on the hood scoop with SS hoods.
I think it would look awesome. If you did it and anyone called "rice" on you, tell them to stick it up their asses. Carbon fiber was used on race cars and such before the little ricer punks even began thinking of the idea to use on their moms' Civics.
