Default Mr. Clean

What do you guys think of the Mr. Clean cleaning system? the one you hook up to your hose and don't have to dry.. My friend has one and it does a pretty damn good job from what I've seen. I don't mind hand drying, just wanted to know what you guys thought?

Wash the car however you want and soap your car however you want, too. No matter whay anyone says, it makes hand-drying SO MUCH more easy... My filters don't last too long though. It works great.

You can use whatever soap you want to wash your car by hand. However, the only soap you can use INSIDE the handle, through the suds/water feature, is their Mr. Clean soap.

Water spots aren't caused my water, they're caused by minerals IN the water. The Mr. Clean system filters out those minerals, so now you only have clean (and clear) water hitting the car. My friend has it, looks like it works great.

I have it on a black car, and it works great. Does anyone notice that it seems to strip the wax off the car? (the mr. clean soap)

is there a difference between the first model and the new model that came out? i used it on my cars when i was in Cali, and it sucked. the soap would dry on the car no matter how fast i washed it. when it dried you could see "runs" from the water. it looked like ****.

EXACTLY!

I don't know if anyone else has had this experience but,my brother and I tried it once and it worked great!Just as they promised. Then,We touched his TA and realized,HEY!Where did the wax go?!?!?!

It was "SQUEEKY" clean...like when people wash their car with DAWN dish washing liquid to get it as clean as possible before they start thier Zaino/Wax treatments...

We started waxing and polishing his car immediately after that...We used exactly what came in the "starter kit" thier filter,gun,soap,,,etc...

It was probably the soap that stripped the wax off, maybe we should have tried using our own wash and soap rituals and then use the gun as a spot free rinse...I dunno but,we never tried it again after that..

I had 1 week old NXT on my car, and PFFFT! Gone! It has happened to me twice now I've noticed.... I'm gonna start soaping w/my own soap and drying w/that.
