I remember reading about "Operation Thunderchicken" in GMHTP. I have most of the articles regarding the build on that car. This car is one of the main reasons I decided to get a Formula. Good to know it went into good hands. The car looks awesome

here's the true backspacing I ordered. I based it on this:
505-71163 17x11 45 7 3/4 5-4 3/4 93-on Camaro/Firebird

505-79563 17x9.5 46 7 5-4 3/4 93-on Camaro/Firebird


Therefore, the front 18x8 is 5.25" backspace

The 18x10 is 6 3/4" backspace.

If I had it to do over again I'd probably get the 10's w/ a 7" backspace because I'm getting some rub from the 315/30-18s. If you go 275/285/295 you probably won't get rub on the 6 3/4" backspace.

Hey, that competition yellow TA is bad!!!! I love the deeper yellow. If mine weren't so rare, I'd probably paint it that yellow instead.

Thundercock...thats funny. Believe me, I tried every combination at the tag office known to man but it all was taken. Maybe I'll try again and see if any has become available.
