Default painting wheels
hey guys, im tryin to paint my wheels and running into an annoying problem,

im tryin to tape them off, but the tape isnt sticking to curved areas. ive used both green and blue automotive maskin tape, and regular masking tape. nothing is workin

i had to use paint thinner/alcohol before i got that stuff to stick good.

Could be to cold for the tape or the area you want to tape off is not clean enough(dust).

they have been inside, and i cleaned them. im not using paint thinner cuz i dont want to ruin the silver part im not painting

try wiping them down with rubbing alcohol first

They sell cans of "Adhesive Remover" by 3M at most O'Reily's. They work great. Red and white can.
