I noticed that comming from my DSM it had a vent right under the steering column that pointed right in the lower regions.. I didn't notice it till it was 90 degrees here when I went to move it to point right at me in the SS then I realized there was no vent down there. The family jewels went on strike that night.

todddchi, you and Mr. Norris have cooled off my ***** so much these last days. Thanks! There is NO Camaro owner that shouldn't do this job. I didn't even use a dremel, I just held a screwdriver up to the piece and hit it with a hammer, popped right off.
