not too many cars i've seen around here have the berger mod done.

my budget is limited so unless i hit the pick 3 lotto i wont be doing it anytime soon. i am concentrating on some suspension/new m/t drag radials/speed density tune and want to throw nitrous on this sucker now.

WHERE DID YOU GET THAT AIR BOX LID? I LIKE HOW THE TUBE CONNECTOR IS OFF TO THE SIDE. I HAVE A SETUP LIKE YOUR EXCEPT MINE IS POLISHED ON A STROKER MOTOR. I WOULD LIKE THAT AIR BOX LID.

 

There was a guy on here that made a batch of them a while back for the Vortech guys. He had the mold and everything. I think his name was Brian from Comp Cams.

Yea as you can see it really straightens out the airflow to the blower. I am sure it helped out in the gain dept but I really like how it cleaned up the engine bay.

I've been asked about the lid a few times, they are pretty much impossible to come by unless you get one fabbed up.

RMCR makes a polished aluminum box with 4" piping for the YSi kit now, a member posted pics of it, it looks SICK!

how is it run with the t trim and spray? what shot are you running?

 

I Have Had It In The Mid 10's With Serious Traction Problems. I Run Mickey Thompson Et Streets Right Now. I Think If I Raised The Car Back Up And Ran Some Qa1's I Could Get Better Transfer. Right Now I Run Just A 75 Shot. I Have Plenty Of Fuel At The Top End So I Am Going To 125 Shot On A Progressive Timer So It Hits After Take Off Maybe 3rd Gear. I Am Very Happy The Way It Runs And The Times. For A Convertable With Full Interior And A/c I Am Happy Cause It Looks Goo Also. But You Know How It Is? You Are Never Happy.
