I would consider maybe getting my "eyelids" (headlight covers) made into a mold so a clear plastic copy could be made...then shade it down so its black with the rest of the car. That way they could be fixed, and still look almost stock. I would worry about the light output, though that could be remedied with some high powered fogs.
