Yes they're 18x12s. Alot of beating, rolled lips, and cut out stop. I'm going to minitubs so I can lower the rear another .5in

They eyelids hide all bracketry so all you can see is the lights themselves.

The Lenses from BP are fairly affordable, I was planning on trying to come up with something Similiar a month ago but I have since been buying a lot of Motor parts for my Procharger setup. I figure some custom made metal or stainless steel style brackets could be made to hold the lights and I can tack weld them in place. For Covering up the Bracket peices I was planning on having a Light tint job on the lense to you couldn't see them unless you were right up on them.
I don't have any type of Fiberglass to mold a covering but I have all types of sheet Steel at my disposable along with a welder in my shop.
You guys may see somthing out of me similiar
P.S. 93formto98T/A how did you mount the Clear BP lenses, what are they connected Too, Still Trying to figure that out in my mind. We talked earlier through PM/s about using weatherstripping to keep Water out of the lense, everything else I have a good idea about.

I made brackets out of 1/8in steel to mount the lenses in the proper place then painted them w/rustoleum black. The lenses are very flimsy and will crack easily if there is any torsional stress on them so you have to get the brackets dead on.

They look very nice, but I'm not a fan of the side markers.
If the eyelids are seperate, why not make them bigger to get an incredibly tight fit to the hood? Since the lights don't move anymore, you should be able to make the gap almost disappear. That's what I plan to do.
The one thing that concerns me is that the area between the lens and the lights is not sealed off. That may be a major source of problems for you.
If dust gets in there you'll have to take the cover off to clean it.
You may also get moisture in there and it could get fogged up.
Now we need closeups in the day time.

Actually they are sealed up and the eyelids are painted on, they are not seperate. I can adjust the hood and eliminate the gap but as mentioned previously I am gettin the front end repainted so I'm not going to worry about it for now.

I'm trying to decide whether to curve the lens to the stock shape like yours or extend it all the way forward for a more flush look. Just picked up a camera today so I'll do some mock ups soon of both styles.
BTW, my design is going to be painted everywhere except for the space the light actually needs to come out at. It will be very stealthy during the day time.
