It's problably a loose connection, make sure all you wires have a good clean connection.
It happen to mine when I first put them on. Have had any problems with them in over 2 years.

you ahve to rememebr, t/a headlights move, ALOT. if your wires arent routed perfectly, youll cut one or both (dont ask me how i know). check that first. water could be a problem, but ive had mine for a year now with no water problems whatsoever. make sure you have a good ground, and that you didnt fry your stock wire harness. if non of that helps, switch your bulbs/ballasts (whatevers easiet for you) to try and figure out if its a malfunction (happens alot with aftermarket kits)

Nope, no kits. You have to make it yourself. Since the LT1 light area doesn't have room for 2 bulbs, you can either put in a low beam projector and find another location for the high beams, install a bi-xenon projector for both high and low beam or just get a conversion housing and install an HID bulb in it. Your most likely going to have to cut some of the metal out behind the light to get enough depth.
